Dyavolsko Garlo Cave
Before entering the Trigrad Gorge, the Trigradska River falls into the Dyavolskoto Gurlo (Devil's Throat) - a wonderful cave, where, along the following 7000 metres, the water which flows through the gorge forms 18 waterfalls and passes through the enormous Roaring Hall into the canyon. This miracle of nature is magnificent and can be visited against a minimal fee.
This cave is named Devil's Throat because of a legend. It is a river cave, and the river is swallowed by the cave, like a big throat. And as it seemed, that the water never reappeared - obviously nothing thrown into the river ever reappears - the locals called it Devil's Throat.
